These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Portiz. By using Portiz, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting your account credentials.
2. Authorized use
You may use Portiz only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, content, and permissions you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Violating any law, third-party right, or platform policy.
- Using Portiz to distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
- Attempting to bypass security, access controls, rate limits, or platform restrictions.
- Interfering with Portiz or using automated methods except as expressly permitted.
4. Third-party services
Portiz may connect to third-party platforms. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements. We do not control third-party services.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Portiz the limited permission necessary to process, store, transmit, and publish that content solely to provide the service you request.
6. Intellectual property
Portiz and its website, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Portiz intellectual property.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimer
Portiz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portiz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by third-party platforms.
10. Termination
You may stop using Portiz at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or platform-policy violations.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
